Publish a Work

Open the Work's configuration page

From the Admin Dashboard homepage, click on the [edit] link next to the Work's title. This will open the Work's configuration page, which is a form similar to the one used when creating or editing an Exhibition or Work.

Update the Work's Published? status

Find the field called Published? and check the checkbox to publish the Work.

This will make the Work available to the public at the permalink listed on the Work's configuration page at the bottom as Guest View.

Update the Exhibition's Published? status

The Exhibition that the Work is a part of is still not published, so the Work will be hidden when navigating the public-facing exhibition guide, however, the direct link and QR code will still successfully navigate to the Work's guest view.

If you would like to make the exhibtion public at this time, simply follow the same steps here but for the Exhibition instead of the Work. You might also wish to update the Exhibition's Show Status field to Current - this only affects the internal organization of Exhibitions in the Admin Dashboard, and does not affect the public-facing exhibition guide.
